Ualcom, like many other organizations, conducts quarterly customer satisfaction surveys. When calling our customers, questions are asked in several sections from secretary performance to company loyalty.

A comparative analysis of the results of the survey for the second quarter shows that constant work to improve the customer focus of all departments of the company is yielding results.

The average score of managers, secretaries and loyalty to the company is the highest 10.

The average score for the company as a whole is 9.98.
